How to use the patch:

You can use IPS.exe, SNEStool, or any other IPS patching program.

If using IPS.exe, type out in dos prompt:  IPS (file name) (patch name)

ex:  c:\game\ips sdgundam.gg gundam.ips

If using SNEStool
click USE IPS, it will ask you to locate the patch, click on the patch,
next it will ask you to locate the untranslated ROM, click the rom. DONE!

Oh yes remember that the program, game, and the patch are in the same directory!
